Best vegan spaghetti step by step
- First, get a pot, add water, add the spaghetti into a pot filled with water, let it boil, and after the spaghetti is ¾ boiled put it in a sieved bowl and add cold water.
- In another pan/pot, add the vegan oil, and then add the onions, green onions and the mashed garlic, stir all together.
- After 3 mins, add all the vegetables, stir well.
- Then, add all the seasonings, stir together well.
- Now, add about 2½ cups of water.
- Place the lid of the pan/pot, and then simmer it for about 10 minutes by checking it every 3 mins.
- Now, add the spaghetti into the veggies, then add the soya sauce and the sesame oil and stir all together, and then let it simmer for another 10 or 15 mins (note to check it).
